New SPAR supermarket unveiled in Jinan, Shandong

On September 10, a new SPAR premium supermarket opened in Jinan, Shandong. The location is close to the Thousand-Buddha Mountain (Qianfo Shan), Jinan’s largest downtown park. Within the sales area of 6,000㎡, the supermarket brings easy access of over 20,000 groceries to local shoppers.

Tailored to meet locals’ daily shopping needs, this full-service supermarket distinguishes itself with our global source network, modern production center, meals solutions, and the strengths in private label products development.  

The location offers a wide selection of quality products, local, regional and international, including fresh and live seafood directly from Weihai fishermen, wines from vineyards and wineries, produce, local meat, groceries and more from farmlands. With “from farm to store” program, 80% of products available at store are sourced directly from local farmers and growers.

SPAR Shandong runs its own production center in Laiwu. Meals, deli and other food solutions available at store are processed, prepared and distributed from the PC. Food safety and consistent quality is 100% guaranteed.
